City of Chester, Chester City FC.  Chester City Football Club straddles the boundary between England and Wales: it plays at the Deva stadium, which is officially in Wales, although the club offices are in England. Chester City has had its fair share of troubles recently. Financial problems affected it in 2009-2010, leading to it being sold in 2010. It was suspended from the Conference National and expelled from the league. After attempting to play in the Welsh league instead, it was eventually closed down in March 2010.
